Flow to Slow

This class is open to all levels and designed to nourish both body and spirit. We begin with a slow vinyasa inspired flow to build warmth, connect to breath, and release tension from the body. As the class progresses, the pace softens- moving into longer-held stretches, grounding postures, and a deeply restful closing sequence. Expect curated music or live sound elements to support your nervous system in fully letting go.
